DatumCorp International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) announced an en bloc sale of the residential component of the transit-oriented Datum Jelatek to MyAngkasa Az Zahra Sdn Bhd.

Director of MyAngkasa Az Zahra Sdn Bhd, Muhamad Shaharul Haji Mohamad Shariff has just recently signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with DatumCorp International Chairman, Hajah Norita Mohd Sidek at Datum Galleria, Jalan U-Thant for the purchase of 379 units in Tower B and Tower C. The units will be placed under a Rent to Own (RTO) scheme.

Sugar consumption and non-communicable diseases have also been on the rise. However, the tide appears to be changing with consumers demanding healthier, more nutritious and convenient food.
