Guardian Malaysia has introduced its largest Guardian flagship store in Southeast Asia, a groundbreaking 7,000-square-foot concept store at Kuala Lumpur’s Mid Valley Shopping Mall. The renowned pharmacy, health, and beauty retail chain has expanded its business offerings to align with evolving global health and beauty trends and changing consumer demands.

The fresh store concept ushers in a superior and best-in-class customer shopping experience, introducing new product categories that align with consumer trends and demands. Customers can look forward to a more personalized, informative, and interactive shopping adventure. Guardian is set to introduce over 30 new skincare and cosmetic brands, featuring 20 skincare ranges and more than 10 cosmetic brands, many of which will be exclusive to Guardian.

Among the new brands are Tanamera Natural Bath Care in bath care and exclusive hair care brands from Japan (Ahalo, Fun Azum, Theratis, Kose Bioless, and Kose Je L’aime) and Korea (Mise En Scene and Ryo).

The flagship store’s unique layout will encompass innovative product segments, including a Clean & Natural Beauty section focused on skincare, haircare, and cosmetics formulated with safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly ingredients. There will also be a Tweens section catering to young shoppers aged 8 to 12 years, featuring fun, colorful, and safe beauty products.

A groundbreaking Salon-At-Home hair care section powered by L’Oreal will enable customers to indulge in a wide range of hair products tailored to their unique needs. A Wellness segment within the Healthcare section will provide a variety of items for customers seeking fitness and health, such as protein powders and health foods.

Notably, this Guardian store will feature an animated LED screen store facade, dynamic and interactive digital LED display screens throughout the store, and two special interactive pillars designed for interactive product information and navigation assistance.

Additionally, the 7,000-square-foot flagship store will introduce innovative concepts from oral care brands Oral B and Sensodyne.

Sensodyne will have a special display at Guardian Mid Valley and customers will see how the #1 sensitivity toothpaste in Malaysia* comes to life with the interactive displays, creating awareness around tooth sensitivity. With 71% of Malaysians suffering from tooth sensitivity, they can learn more about how tooth sensitivity can be managed with Sensodyne variants.

Oral B will bring in its first ever interactive Powered Oral Care experiential centre to where shoppers can use sensor programming to touch, feel and compare products at a digital kiosk that also provides oral health regiment education for both adults and kids.
