Kazuma New Menu
Operating for lunch and dinner every Monday through Saturday, Kazuma’s updated menu features a combination of fresh additions and a wide range of beloved Japanese classics. The new additions include:
- Special Nigiri Sushi Tokujyou – Assorted nigiri sushi with combination pack of fresh tuna, yellowtail fish, salmon, scallop, sweet shrimp, unagi and salmon roe
- Oden Moriawase – Japanese fish cake stew with radish, hard boiled egg & konnyaku
- Unagi Yanagawa – Simmered eel and vegetables with egg
- Gindara Shioyaki / Teriyaki – Grilled black cod fish with salt / teriyaki sauce
- Menchi Katsu – Minced beef cutlet
- Gyuniku Yasai Itame – Stir-fired beef & assorted vegetables
- Yasai No Nimono – Assorted simmered vegetables
For the busy corporates or any special business event, there’s an enticing option of Teishoku Sets (Set Meals) at Kazuma. These sets feature Grilled Chicken, Grilled Mackerel, or Grilled Salmon with a choice of salt or teriyaki sauce. Starting at a reasonable RM35 nett, each set includes a delectable assortment comprising chawanmushi, steamed rice, miso soup, salad, pickles, and fresh fruits. Set meals are available throughout their operation time from Monday to Saturday.
Kazuma’s Vegetarian Bento is an excellent choice for guests who follow a vegetarian diet. Each bento set offers a delightful selection of dishes, presented in six individual compartments. You can relish items such as tofu steak, assorted vegetable tempura, pumpkin croquette, simmered vegetables, futomaki sushi, and inari sushi.
In addition to the new additions, guests can savor some of the restaurant’s signature and timeless Japanese creations, including the house-made Saba Ichiya Boshi (grilled seasoned and dried mackerel), Kazuma Seafood Salad (assorted raw fish with seaweed, vegetables, and fried noodles), Sukiyaki Nabe (stewed sirloin beef and vegetables in a sukiyaki soup base), and expertly Grilled Kushiyaki, among others.
