Every year since 2013, I’ll be at Zuan Yuan, One World Hotel to discover what they have to offer for Chinese New Year. This year was no exception. Spending quality time with family, friends, business associates and rewarding employees with a delectable treat has been the tradition all along and I believe it is very important that these moments are accompanied by quality food as well.

Zuan Yuan Chinese New Year Set 2016 was specially crafted for the spirit of the festive season by their skillful chefs. Our feast began with a creatively fusioned Yee Sang dish that comes with thick salmon slices called Caesar Salad with Salmon and Grated Parmesan Cheese Yee Sang.
