Dairy giant Fonterra from New Zealand has just launched Anchor Food Professionals at PJ Hilton last week. This is an exciting milestone for them as 2016 also marks their 40th year in Malaysia. This move is to capitalize on the massive growth in foodservices sector which is currently at a rate of 6% per year.
