Shiseido Professional Spring/Summer 2014 Trend COLOR ME KNOT

I was recently at Shiseido Malaysia’s HQ in PJ to witness the launch of their latest product, Stage Works Spiky Booster into their Shiseido Professional range. Yoshiyuki Takahashi-san from the Beauty Creative Team in Japan came all the way to give us an insight on Spring/Summer 2014 trend that inspired COLOR ME KNOT.

COLOR ME KNOT is Shiseido’s theme for Spring/Summer 2014 that focuses on the simplicity of the color white with subtle fashion pieces dominating the runway. The color of the hair and fashion styles now stands out in contrast with the blank white canvas. White is always present but often overlooked. It is normally associated with a soft image of pure, natural, romantic but this Spring/Summer 2014, white will be powerful, futuristic, sharp and mysterious.
