Khoo Kongsi (邱公司) is a mark of the dominant presence of Chinese in Penang and it is the grandest clan temple in Malaysia. It is well known worldwide for its extensive lineage that can be traced back 650 years, as well as its closely-knit and defensive congregation of buildings and a magnificent clanhouse. There are three entrances that you can use to reach there; Cannon Street, Beach Street and Armenian Street.

As promised in previous post, these are the photos I took at Straits Quay during the night. Enjoying the cool sea breeze made me feel so relaxed as if my problems are being taken away by the wind. Plus, it was Christmas season! So I went with Clumsy Boy, my bestie and her bf to take some Christmas-y photos.

Just a random staircase :p

I went there on a weekday and it’s really quiet. Not many people there and I was wondering whether it’ll be dangerous to walk alone. Most eateries are high class and expensive too. Not for people like me :p
