After a hectic week juggling between work and taking care of personal issues, stress level is at maximum. How nice it is to have the opportunity to wind down so I can have the motivation to continue to move forward. This brings me to Fire and Ice Bar & Restaurant, Changkat Bukit Bintang.

Fire and Ice Bar & Restaurant is a newly established venue in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Located along the most happening street in KL, Changkat Bukit Bintang, it’s bound to be a hit.

The Promoter behind Fire and Ice Bar & Restaurant is Artam Events. Its founder and creator, King Lhota, was hailed from Senegal and made strong roots in Malaysia’s nightlife circles, not only as an Events/Club promoter but as well as a Male Vocalist. Today, Artam Events is one of the largest Event/Promoters based in Kuala Lumpur, with its own dedicated team of managers, deejays and ambassadors. Fire and Ice Bar & Restaurant consists of 2 Floors. The ground floor is a bar, where people can enjoy live band performances from Tuesday to Sunday together with a DJ on the decks starting from 9pm onwards. The first floor is purely a club, playing open format music from various genres. I love how cozy the place is. It’s decorated with lots of comfy pillows, I feel like I’m enjoying a drink at home.

It’s so entertaining to watch the bartender prepare the cocktails. We were lucky to have a hands-on experience too! Started our meal with some salad. I’m not a big fan of salad but Tuscan Steak Salad piqued my interest. Thanks to the yummy Tuscan Steak, salad isn’t just plain vege.

Before we start feasting on main dish, we took a quick bite by having Tahini Grilled Chicken. The fillings were quite generous.

Jamaican Jumbo Prawn is great to go with beer. They’re fresh and marinated well. Wish I could have more of these.

Nothing could go wrong with Halibut Fish. It’s my favorite fish selection because of its smoothness and slightly sweet taste. Grilled Halibut Fish was grilled perfectly with a dash of black pepper.

The main dish that I like most is Tenderloin Steak. I’m impressed to find that the meat is still pinkish inside, just the way I like it 🙂

Rosemary Parmesan Crusted Chicken was quite decent too; I love the tenderness and juiciness of the meat. Oh, not to mention that the mashed potatoes at the bottom has a smooth texture too.

The last but not least is Beef Stroganoff. It’s surprisingly good! The herbs that they use add a lot of flavor and fragrance to the dish. Although I was quite full already, I still can’t help but to have a few spoons of it.
