Ingredients

  • 3 New Zealand Luv'ya Ambrosia Apple



    Sliced into thin strips
  • 400 g Calamari
    Grilled or pan fried
  • ΒΌ Young Papaya Cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp Palm Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Lime Juiced
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 10 Coriander Leaves Chopped

Chilli Garlic Paste

  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 3 Cili Padi
  • 3 Garlic

Instructions

  • Add palm sugar, chilli garlic paste, fish sauce and lime juice into a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add in the New Zealand Luv'ya Ambrosia Apple, calamari, papaya, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Toss until well mixed and ready to serve.
