Instructions
Add palm sugar, chilli garlic paste, fish sauce and lime juice into a bowl. Mix well.
Add in the New Zealand Luv'ya Ambrosia Apple, calamari, papaya, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Toss until well mixed and ready to serve.
