After getting caught in morning rush traffic jam, you had no idea how stressed I am. I’m truly grateful that Swiss line was so considerate to offer their guests a complimentary foot massage at Energy Spa before the start of the launching event.

Long long time ago, I was told that the neck will reflect our true age. I do agree but there’s another area that can betray our true age and it’s more visible than the neck – OUR EYES! Why? Simply because when you meet people, you’ll surely make eye contact.

On 8th March, Under Armour has collaborated with Biotherm Malaysia to organize an event aimed at encouraging healthy living among the community and to educate the public on the importance of overall wellness. The event, which fell on International Women’s Day 2016, was held at the Under Armour branch in Pavilion KL.

Bloggers Wefie before Flow Yoga Session with Robyn Lau

Activities of the day include Flow Yoga sessions, sharing by Under Armour’s Brand Athletes and Influencers, as well as Facial Yoga. I was kinda nervous before I join this flow yoga session with Under Armour’s Brand Influencer, Robyn Lau because technically my body is very stiff and it’s my first official attempt with yoga.

Climate change is real. It is happening right now. It is the most urgent threat facing our entire species and we need to work collectively and stop procrastinating.

The above is what Leonardo DiCaprio has mentioned during his winning speech for Best Actor Award during Oscars 2016. I totally agree with it and this is why I separate my trash and send them to recycle. But of course, the best is to create less trash by reducing and reusing what we have.

To further educate you and your family regarding waste recycling and the environment, I have an exciting event to share 🙂
