1 Utama, the 5th largest shopping mall in the world (which is also the mall I patronize with my family every weekend) is celebrating their loyalty programme, ONECARD’s 10th anniversary this week. Since its launching back in 2006, their cardholder base has expanded to a total of 350,000 members!
