After attending Avène’s beauty workshop some time ago, I started to grow interest towards their products. If it’s good enough for sensitive skin, it should be good enough for non-sensitive skin like mine right? Thanks to OnlyBeauty,  I had the chance to sample Avène Cleanance Gel Soapless Cleanser!
I’ve had oily skin since young, severe acne since Form 3 and now still got some breakouts here and there occasionally. Normally my face will turn shiny 1 hour after washing (yes, it’s that fast) so I’m finding ways to decrease the secretion of sebum.

Smell: Mild fresh scent like ocean breeze. It gives a therapeutic effect to the mind~

Color: Light ocean blue

Results: I’m surprised that Avène Cleanance Gel Soapless Cleanser can control oil really well and not drying at the same time! As Avène focuses on mildness and is soapless to ensure that their product doesn’t aggravate sensitive skin, be prepared that the lather produced is quite mild. It wasn’t a problem for me though, I pour a bit of the cleanser on my damp hands and add some water if it doesn’t lather enough =)

Ingredients: Water (aqua), Decyl Glucoside, Polysorbate 20, Ceteareth 60 Myristyl Glycol, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Glycerin, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Methyl Gluceth 20, Cetrimonium Bromide, Green 5 (CI 61570), Disodium EDTA, Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Fragrance (parfum), Imidazolidinyl Urea, Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Oil, Zinc Gluconate

  • how about if with dry skin? :X

  • How much is it selling? : )

  • soapless cleanser? will it feels like not really clean since it's soapless? haha~

  • I love Avene's products too. Very mild and I used them quite a bit during the peak of my eczema attack.
