After reading all the coverage about Kaw Kaw Burger Bakar @ Wangsa Maju in blogs and newspaper, I really wanted to try it. Badly. So travelled all the way from PJ to Wangsa Maju and reached there at 6 pm. There were around 3 people in queue only. They started to take orders at 6.30 pm and by that time, the number of people in queue is already 20+. Be reminded though that sitting in front doesn't mean you will get to queue in front. Some people just rushed from behind and cut your queue. No wonder I saw some people just sat at the dining area and didn't queue up.

Overview of the stall

The stall is not exactly in front of BRJ Mamak but it's slightly towards the end of the road. From the rumours I heard, people said we would need to queue for 3 hours so I've prepared for the worst :/

Sit to queue first and then when they accept order, you need to stand up to queue

All sets are inclusive of 2 sausages and 1 mojito drink. My waiting time was a really short one. I arrived at 6 pm, waited until 6.30 pm for them to start take orders, take my number and got my food at 6.45 pm. All together is just 45 minutes! #winning

Oh BTW, this experience I've had is very special. You might have eaten here before but you might not have experienced what I've gone through LOL! As soon as we've finished taking photos of the burgers, it started to rain!! We could have moved to BRJ but don't have any umbrella so we were stuck there =( The place was really cramped and we don't have anywhere to move to. No matter how we move, we were still hit by the rain. In the end, our laptop bags and camera bags were all damp. So are we. While enjoying our burger, we also enjoyed our "hydro facial". HAHAHA! After eating, we can wash our hands on the spot using rain water XD

As Jackie was caught in the flash flood, his 3 patties burger was already damp to the core. Luckily they were happy enough to replace with a new one when we asked them to help tapao =)

I know many will ask whether it's worth the price or not. Honestly I think it's definitely worth it if you're a big eater because the size of their patties are twice as large as conventional patties. Besides, the patties were char grilled everyday to ensure freshness! The beef patty tastes perfectly juicy with some light seasoning and black pepper and the chicken patty made from chicken thigh is crispy, smooth and juicy as well! Oh damn, I made myself craving for it now :/
