Ryan Reynolds in Safe House

Denzel Washington in Safe House

Synopsis:
Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds star in the action-thriller Safe House. Washington plays the most dangerous renegade from the CIA (Tobin Frost), who comes back onto the grid after a decade on the run. When the South African safe house he’s remanded to is attacked by mercenaries, a rookie operative played by Reynolds (Matt Weston) escapes with him. Now, the unlikely allies must stay alive long enough to uncover who wants them dead. — (C) Official Site

Verdict:
The movie was really boring during the start. A friend complained that she fell asleep. The movie became more interesting when there were plenty of gun fights and car chasing scenes. However, the plot is still boring despite brilliant acting from Washington and Reynolds. During the ending of the movie, I realized that the scenes contain too much noise you can actually see dots on the screen. It feels like watching some old movie =.=

Oh, and the most annoying thing would be THE FLY that kept flying around the two of them. I was really amazed that they can ignore the fly as if it didn’t exist!

P/S: For girls, I guess it’ll still be worth it to watch this Green Lantern guy and drool!! :p

Rating: 5/10 (if it weren’t for the casts, I’d give only 4/10)
